Agreement is between Superfood Direct and each buyer

All orders for Superfood Direct products are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale, which set out the agreement governing the purchase of any Superfood Direct products through our website www. superfooddirect.com. We have tried to keep this legal necessity as simple as possible. None of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

This agreement is between Superfood Direct and each buyer (“you” or “buyer”). Please read this agreement carefully before using this site. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale given here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or have access to this website.


These terms and conditions of sale are subject to English law, and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

The quantity and description of our products are as set out in our website www.superfooddirect.com.


We never see your credit card details. All credit Card details are processed in an encrypted (coded) format. They are never held in clear text on any website at any time. To further safeguard your purchase, all credit-card transactions take place within the PayPal security system.


All prices for our goods are given on our website in pounds sterling (£). Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the options of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price, and we will endeavour to correct any pricing errors as quickly as possible. If you cancel your order, the provisions set out below in relation to your right of cancellation will apply.


All Delivery charges, postage & packing are FREE within the UK. A small surcharge for Postage & Packing is included in the prices for EU customers.


Your order will be dispatched to you within 1 – 2 working days after funds are cleared by PayPal. Delivery time is usually 1 – 7 days (excluding weekends or UK national holidays) AFTER your order has been processed, depending on the speed of the postal service or Carriers. We dispatch all orders by Royal Mail or Carriers which, in most cases, deliver within 1-7 working days after collection. If your order has not arrived after 14 days from the dispatch date, please contact us by email. If we are out of stock of any product, or anticipate any delays, we will inform you by email and offer you the option of an alternative delivery date or a no-quibble refund.

Superfood Direct accepts no liability for delays in fulfilling its delivery obligations to you if such delays are caused by force-majeure, which includes, but is not limited to, fire, floods, strikes, war, malicious damage or acts of civil disorder. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for any individual actions of Royal Mail postmen or Carrier employees. If there are any reasons to complain about them, please contact the Royal Mail or Carriers directly.


For UK Customers:

If your order does not arrive after 10 working days (15 working days during a strike) after dispatch, we will send you a replacement and if the replacement does not arrive, we will stop sending to that address and send to an alternative safe address (your friend’s or relative’s) or give you full refund.

For EU Customers:

If your order does not arrive after 15 working days (20 working days during a strike) after dispatch, we will send you a replacement and if the replacement does not arrive, we will stop sending to that address and send to an alternative safe address (your friend’s or relative’s) or give you full refund.


You have the right to cancel your order up to the end of 7 working days after the day you received the goods, and return them to us at your own cost, provided you do not unseal the goods and they remain in good condition. We will return your money within 30 days of return of goods.

In the event of receipt of an incorrect order, we will give a full, no-quibble refund or replacement on return of the unopened, incorrect goods. We will also refund your return postage costs. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the item is not damaged whilst in your possession or in return transit.


The goods sold on this website are offered for private, domestic and consumer use only. Superfood Direct does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential losses, or for those losses which are not reasonably foreseeable as a consequence of any breach of contract. This does not affect your statutory rights. Superfood Direct reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, and we will arrange for any such updated or changed versions to be posted on the website. Your continued use of the website and any orders placed after new terms and conditions have been posted will confirm your acceptance of those terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, edit its content, terminate accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion. In the event that we cancel an order, we will make no charge to the customer.


We do our very best to provide you with correct information from the most up-to-date and authoritative sources, but we cannot guarantee and authenticate every item of information to the letter.
